MEET THE MYTHICAL IN SNAPSHOTS BR V16.20

The Society are on a quest to unearth the secrets of The Pantheon: the first band of Loopers who disappeared millennia ago.

It would seem as though they have been found, as Olympian legends — including Hades and the thunder god Zeus — now rule the Island in otherworldly rage. To make matters worse, they’ve brought their powers and weapons with them. Use their mythological means against them in Snapshots BR's v16.20 Myths & Magic Update!

THUNDERBOLT OF ZEUS

Become a Storm of your own. With the Thunderbolt of Zeus, you can rise into the air and hurl lightning bolts at your target! Use this power wisely though, as the Thunderbolt of Zeus has three maximum charges with a cooldown between each one. How to wield this electricity? Pick up this Mythic power across the Island or by defeating Zeus himself.

WINGS OF ICARUS

The Thunderbolt of Zeus isn’t the only Olympian Power. With the Wings of Icarus, soar through the skies and divebomb your foes below! But beware: fly too long and your wings will burn up, and taking too much damage may lead to a crash landing. Find this Mythic power across the Island!

CHAINS OF HADES

The Chains of Hades Olympian Power returns! Imbued with the energy of The Underworld, pull faraway enemies into range of its devastating attack combo. This Mythic power can be found across the Island, or by defeating Hades if you can handle it.

BANANA OF THE GODS

The Banana of the Gods is a forbidden delicacy reserved for The Olympians; restores health over time and increases sprint speed and jump height.

MYTHS & MODS

It’s not enough that weapons descended from Olympus — the Thermal Scope and Speedgrip weapon mods did too. Forged by Hephaestus, the Thermal Scope mod can be attached to any scoped weapon. Want vision like that of the gods? It more than doubles the scope view and has a thermal effect you can toggle on or off! With the Speedgrip mod, your movement speed while aiming will increase. Aim true and don’t tarry!

MEET THE MYTHICAL

The Pantheon have responded to Gildeon's power grab and can be found roaming the Island. Find Zeus and Hades and challenge them in battle for their mythical powers, or discover Artemis and Ares for a chance at nabbing their Mythic variants of loot pool weapons.
