SNAPSHOTS BR V12.60: BIG MONEY AR + LOCKER UPGRADES

The Snapshots Battle Royale v12.60 update introduces the new gilded Big Money Assault Rifle, alongside several Locker improvements. Also, check out the Brawl Battle LTM live on June 5!

BIG MONEY ASSAULT RIFLE

Right on the money! Pick up a modified Tactical Assault Rifle with a scope that earns coins on elimination. Battle Royale is business!

NEW LTM: BRAWL BATTLE!

Enjoy the close combat of a small Storm circle? Want to get right back into the action after respawning? In the new Brawl Battle Limited Time Mode, compete with your team to reach 60 eliminations before the other team.

If you get eliminated, you’ll respawn by plummeting to the ground instead of skydiving, ensuring you get back to the brawl right away. You’ll be given a new loadout at the start and each time you respawn. Matches take place at a single POI, and the POI’s non-player buildings are extra strong for better protection.

The other team outdoing yours? Don’t throw in the towel yet — if they’re too far ahead in eliminations, you’ll be lended a helping hand. All the team’s players will become marked in your view and visible behind walls. These effects expire when the lead lowers by a certain amount.

Brawl Battle will go live on June 5, 2025, at 9 AM ET, running thru June 8. Get ready for this fast-paced new mode!

LOCKER UPGRADES

So far in Venture 2 Season 2, you’ve been using Meltanite to blast open Vaults. Now, unlock new opportunities with Locker improvements!

Lockers now feature a Neo design, with holographic previews of several items. Use one Key to open a Locker holding an item you desire, and interact to make your choice from the available selection.

Have something Exotic on your mind? If you're too far away from The Gilded Gambit, use two Keys to open a new Heisted Locker! Heisted Lockers contain a Heisted Exotic item, and as you'd expect, display a holographic preview of that item.

Note: The Heisted Exotic item available in The Gilded Gambit's Vault in a match will not be available in Heisted Lockers during that same match.

BETTER WATER

We've completely remade our water materials so that rivers, lakes, ponds, and even the ocean look better than ever! There's no better demonstration than with this brand new Duck Island that appeared in a cove along the south coast today.
