ENTER THE NEW FRONTIER
The Island's landscape has transformed. Rocky mesas, abandoned gold mine towns, and arid desert stretches are now ripe for exploration in the south-west. Expect your boots to kick up sand as you race from rooftop duels to hidden canyon ambuscades in the Western Wilds!
Hoist the sales, there's much to explore in this new biome..
WASTED WARSHIP
Jones is back, and he's MAD. Discover his Warship beached near the middle of the map.

The meeting point of two frontiers, this timber town sits in the wake of the Warship's path.

VISUAL UPDATE: STORM CLOUDS
The Storm grows stronger! Snapshots now features evolving Volumetric Storm Clouds, which grow in size and loom over the Island as the match progresses.

OUTLAW SHOTGUN
Despite having very short range, this shotgun's spread is so wide, you'll almost never miss.
EXPLOSIVE REPEATER RIFLE
Bring the boom with this cowboy repeater Rifle that fires explosive rounds.
MAMMOTH PISTOL
Bring order to a land of Outlaws with this large-caliber, single shot pistol.
DUAL MACHINE PISTOLS
Two guns are better than one! Embrace the spray to make quick work of your adversaries with the Dual Machine Pistols.
BACK FROM THE HIGH SEAS
Rule the town with battle-tested classics:
LEVER ACTION SHOTGUN
Bring on the pain and crank out a victory with the Lever Action Shotgun.
LEVER ACTION RIFLE
Rule the town with the long-distance Lever Action Rifle.
INFANTRY RIFLE
A classic rifle with high accuracy and range.
FLINT-KNOCK PISTOL
Damage or utility? Why not both? Knock 'em back with the Flint-Knock Pistol!
HUNTING RIFLE
Take the shot with the classic Hunting Rifle.
FEEL THE RUSH
Pick up a Gold Splash and throw it down to feel the rush, with increased stamina and faster pickaxe swinging speed.
GO NITRO
Welcome to the wild, wild west! Get a little wilder by infusing yourself with Nitro, a new stimulant being produced by Jones' band of pirates from refined gold.
NITRO SPLASH
Nitro Splash is a portable Nitro container you can crack open to infuse yourself with Nitro.
In this temporary state, expect the following advantages:
Movement speed increase
Explosive bashing power that deals damage and knockback… Bust through builds! (must be moving at a sufficient speed)
Stamina consumption decrease (Sprint longer!)
Reload speed increase
Fall damage immunity
Run across the surface of water
NITRO FISTS
When you’re ready for the heavy-handed approach, put on Nitro Fists to perform a 3x punch combo, uppercut, or an aerial punch that dashes you through the air!
Nitro Fists have four charges, each one recharging every eight seconds. The uppercut and aerial punch use one charge, while the 3x punch combo uses none. If you aerial punch the ground instead of the air, the impact will be meteoric to surrounding enemies.
NITRO BARRELS AND HOOPS
Propelled by the steam inside, Nitro Barrels will fly off when you hit them… then explode on landing. Find Nitro Hoops marking checkpoints across the wasteland and step through for a Nitro-fuelled boost!
PACK SOME POWER WITH THE ORBITAL AIR STRIKE
Hold the designator steady and mark an area to call in a powerful precision strike capable of levelling entire buildings. The Orbital Air Strike is a new ultra-rare drop you'll want to be cautious of.
THE NEW GOLD RUSH
What's a wild west without a gold rush? Find Gold Ore seeping through the sand and mine it to earn Gold Coins.
Collect Coins across multiple matches and spend them in a few ways:
VENDING MACHINES
Purchase high-tier loot at Vending Machines: back in battle with a wild new design!
DEALERS
Find Dealers around the Island and spend Coins to unlock Exotic weaponry from seasons gone by.
